This statement is to inform the Lessee/Customer, of the privacy principles that govern this web site and the information shall be used, shared in a careful and prudent manner.

Xflats is only responsible for the privacy statement and content of this web site. We work very hard to safeguard and protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information . Our booking engine is operated by Vertical Booking and all the credit card and detailed personal information of the Lessor/Customer is stored under their data. Therefore Vertical Booking is fully responsible on Lessor/Customer information. When the Lessor/Customer make a purchase on our Web site, the Lessor/Customer consent to disclosure of finanacial data to third parties that are required to complete the transaction(banks, credit card companies, etc.).

Xflats web site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children. Protecting the privacy of children is our primary concern. As we cannot distinguish the age of persons who access our website, a blanket privacy policy is applied. If a child has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should e-mail us to remove the information and unsubscribe them from any promotional contact opportunities.

Reservations

‘Reservation’ is an agreement between the Lessee/Customer and the Lessor to purchase and for the provision of temporary accommodation on terms specified.

’Reservation confirmation’ is a formal notice, stating the lessors terms and conditions applicable to the rental agreement.

Lessees/Customers understand and agree that: By using the xflats.com.tr website, and by signing the Lessee/Lessor contract; the customers/lessees agree to the terms of use of the site, contract and further understand, accept that a Reservations/Signed Contract are contractual and legally binding agreements between the Lessees and the Lessor.
In order for Karza Turizm Insaat LTD STI to process reservations to Xflats fully furnished apartments, Xflats will ask customers for their apartment preferences and any special requests, name, address, email information, telephone number, credit-card information, arrival and departure dates, airport information or information on similar customer-loyalty programmes.
The personally identifiable information you provide to us for making a reservation is for the purpose of meeting your reservation request. All the reservation process is provided by Vertical Booking with their full responsibility.

If you desire to view or cancel a reservation you will be required to enter your confirmation number and last name. No other personally identifiable information will be requested.

Xflats – Karza Turizm Insaat LTD STI  is only responsible for the privacy statement and content of this Web site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the use of cookies on Web sites that you have accessed this web site from and to the non-Xflats web sites that you may access from this web site.
